一、七供概述
七供通常包括水、水、花、香、燈、塗、食，八供則增加樂器。這些供品可完全用水替代。
二、供水的利益
成就金剛總持的七因： 這七杯水也代表了成就金剛總持的七種因緣，分別是：
1.受用圓滿：: 指福報圓滿，擁有無盡的受用。
2.和合：: 指身心和諧，與一切眾生和諧共存。
3.大樂：: 指內心的極大喜悅和安樂，沒有煩惱。
4.無自性：: 指通達諸法空性，沒有獨立自存的實體。
5.大悲遍滿：: 指大慈大悲遍滿一切眾生，無有間斷。
6.利生無間：: 指利益眾生的事業永不間斷。
7.永住無滅：: 指涅槃的境界永遠存在，永不滅盡。
三、供水的功德
1. 供水代表心的清淨和平等，這是功德的表現。
2. 水有八種功德，象徵持戒清淨、身心健壯等。
3. 供水經濟且易得，是消除貪瞋痴的良好方法。
4. 水的空性特質能減少執著。
四、如何供水
1. 潔淨供杯，思考去除障礙。
2. 點香淨化供杯。
3. 戴口罩以避免污染供品。
4. 先緣杯，逐漸倒水並加持「嗡啊吽」。
5. 控制水量，避免溢出。
6. 杯與杯之間距離一粒米，保持整齊莊嚴。
7. 可持《供養陀羅尼》或念「嗡啊吽」。
8. 每日發願為眾生修善法，回向功德。
如此修行可累積功德，利於成佛。

⭐️Offerings and the Significance of Water Offerings:
 I. Overview of Offerings
The seven offerings typically include water, water, flowers, incense, lamps, ointment, and food. The eight offerings add musical instruments. These offerings can be entirely replaced by water.
II. Benefits of Water Offerings
1. Meaning of the Seven Cups of Water:
 Represents the causes for achieving the Vajra Totality. It does not limit the amount of offerings.
2. The Seven Aspects:
   - Complete enjoyment
   - Harmony
   - Great joy
   - No inherent nature
   - Great compassion pervading
   - Benefiting beings without interruption
   - Eternal existence without extinction
III. Merits of Water Offerings
1. Offering water symbolizes the purity and equality of the mind, which is a manifestation of merit.
2. Water has eight merits, signifying pure precepts, a healthy body and mind, etc.
3. Water offerings are economical and easily obtained, making them an excellent method to eliminate greed, hatred, and ignorance.
4. The characteristic of water as emptiness helps reduce attachment.
IV. How to Offer Water
1. Clean the offering cups thoroughly, contemplating the removal of obstacles.
2. If using incense, purify the cups by passing them through the incense smoke.
3. Wear a mask to avoid contaminating the offerings.
4. Start with the first cup, filling it with water, and then pour most of it into the next cup, repeating this process while reciting “Om Ah Hung” for empowerment.
5. Control the water level to prevent overflow.
6. Maintain a distance of about one grain of rice between cups, ensuring they are arranged neatly and solemnly.
7. You may recite the Offering Dharani or “Om Ah Hung” during the offering.
8. Each day, make a vow to perform good deeds for all beings and dedicate the merit.
Engaging in this practice can accumulate merit and facilitate the path to Buddhahood.
