如果收到貨品後發覺有任何問題,可於14天內與我們聯絡,我們安排換貨或修正。客戶可享有14天貨品更換。更換貨品只要是全新未開封、未使用的情況下可到店 /郵寄更換。客戶亦可選擇更換其他同等值的產品,如希望換高於同等價值的貨品,可補付貨品價錢的差額以作更換 。而訂製品因之前需溝通,訂製品為度身訂造之產品,故未能提供更換或退貨服務。
可以安排退款嗎?
如錯誤購買物品,客戶可於14天內到店退款。退款貨品只限非訂製物品,如藏香、香座等,在未開封、未使用的情況下可到店退款。而訂製品因之前需溝通,訂製品為度身訂造之產品,故未能提供退款服務。

14 Days Exchange
If you find any problems after receiving the goods, you can contact us within 14 days and we will arrange for a replacement or correction. Customers can enjoy 14 days of goods replacement. As long as the replacement product is brand new, unopened and unused, you can go to the store / mail to replace it. Customers can also choose to replace other products with the same value. If they want to replace products with higher value, they can make up for the difference in the price of the goods for replacement.
Each piece is tailor-made by the customer. Therefore tailor-made items are not under the exchange policy.
Can I ask for refund?
If you buy something by mistake or received wrong items, you can get a refund within 14 days, please contact us and take the product to the store . Only non-customized items, such as Tibetan incense, incense holders, etc., unopened and unused products can be refund.
